1. American Football
1.1. Inclusive of NFL, NCAA College Football, AAF, CFL and Arena Football
1.2. Unless stated otherwise in the market - all bets on American Football are inclusive of over time. 2nd half and 4th quarter markets include Over time unless stated otherwise Double result does not include over time.
1.3. Abandoned or postponed matches are void unless rearranged and played in the same weekly schedule (EG: For NFL - Thursday - Wednesday local stadium time) except for those bets that have already been determined at the time of abandonment or postponement.
1.4. If a match venue is changed, bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed, then bets placed based on the original listing will be made void.
1.5. In 2-Way markets Push rules apply (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here) unless otherwise stated. Stakes on single bets are returned, and in Multi Bets the selection is treated as a non-runner.
1.6. All settlements are based on results provided by the relevant league's governing body: www.nfl.com,www.cfl.ca,www.ncaa.org.
2. Athletics
2.2. For match up bets to be valid, both competitors must compete for bets to stand.
2.3. Settlement is based on official result presented after a competition. No doping cases will be considered as a base for changing officially stated winners.
3. Australian Rules Football
3.1. Unless stated otherwise in the market, all match markets will be settled including overtime. If a match ends in a draw/tie at the end of overtime and draw is the official result, bets will be made void.
3.2. If the duration of a match is changed by the governing body prior to the commencement of play, the revised game length will be regarded as the official regulation time for this match, and all bets will stand if this new regulation time is completed.
3.3. If a match venue is changed, then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed, then bets placed based on the original listing will be void.
3.4. For all quarter betting, in the event of a specific quarter not being completed, bets will be void, unless the specific market outcome is already determined. If a game goes to overtime, then this will be included for settlement purposes (considered a continuation of the 4th quarter).
3.5. For all half betting, in the event of a specific half not being completed, bets will be void, unless the specific market outcome is already determined. If a game goes to overtime, then this will be included for settlement purposes (considered a continuation of the 2nd half).
3.6. Double results - Predict the result at half-time and the end of the match, including any overtime played.
3.7. Half time/ Fulltime markets - Predict the team and winning margin combination of the specified match at half-time and full-time including overtime, if played.
4. Badminton
4.1. In the event of any of the named players in a match changing before the match starts, then all bets will be made void.
4.2. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, or where a match is played under a specific Time Limit ruling and not completed as a result, then all bets will be made void, unless the specific market outcome is already determined, or unless there is no conceivable way the game and/or match could be played to its natural conclusion without unconditionally determining the result of a specific market (for example: a game is abandoned at 20-17: bets on 'Over/Under 37.5 Game - Total Points' are settled as winners/losers respectively, since any natural conclusion to the game would have yielded at least 38 points).
4.3. Total Point Betting and Handicap Betting: 'Match and Player - including Alternatives' markets are based on the statutory number of games being played.
4.4. In the event of the statutory number of games being changed or differing from those offered for betting purposes then all bets are void.
4.5. For all such markets, where a Setting Option is implemented in the form of point-based tie-break/decider, this will be counted as one point for settlement purposes.
4.6. In the event a player retires during the match, all bets will be made void, except for determined markets and markets that would have yielded a definite score (refer to the example provided in clause 4.2 herein).
5. Bandy
5.1. All bets are settled on 90 minutes play, unless otherwise stated. If 90 minutes are not completed, all bets will be made void, unless an official result is declared.
5.2. If a match venue is changed, bets already placed will stand, providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed, then bets placed based on the original listing will be void. All games must start on the scheduled date for bets to have action.
5.3. In 2-Way markets, Push rules apply (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here), unless otherwise stated below. Stakes on single bets are returned, and in Multi Bets, the selection is paid at the odds of 1.00.
5.4. All pre-game bets exclude overtime, if played, unless otherwise stated.
5.5. If a game is changed from 2 x 45-minute halves, to say 3 x 30-minute periods, then the bet(s) thereto will be void.
5.6. Second half or third period bets exclude over time.
6. Baseball
6.1. Bets on Baseball are determined based on the result after any eventual extra innings, and regardless of the amount of innings played, as declared by the organising association.
6.2. Should a game not start on the day of the officially listed start time, as stated by the relevant governing body, due to a rain delay or other similar events, all bets will be made void, unless the match continues within 48 hours of the official start date.
6.3 Should a match be abandoned, all undecided markets are considered void, unless the match continues within 48 hours of the official start time. All fully decided markets will be settled. The day of the event will be considered the day according to the time zone in which the game was scheduled to be played.
6.4. In 2-Way markets, Push rules apply (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible from here), unless otherwise stated below. Stakes on single bets are returned, and in Multi Bets, the selection is treated as a non-runner.
6.5. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure he is aware of any relevant pitcher changes.
6.6. In the event of a change of pitcher (or any other member of the playing staff), all bets will stand unless the name of the pitcher (or player) has been included in the team name.
6.7. If a match venue is changed, then bets already placed will stand, providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed, then bets placed based on the original listing will be void.
6.8. Where Mercy Rule (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here) is applied, all bets will stand on score at the time.
6.9. In a 'Total Odd/Even' bet, if the combined score is 0, then bets will be void.
6.10. In certain circumstances where we so specify, results will only be official after (and bets shall be settled subject to the completion of) a minimum of 9 innings play, or 8.5 innings should the home team be leading at the commencement of the bottom of the 9th innings (the 8.5 Innings Rule stipulated in clause 6.9.1. herein).
6.10.1. The 8.5 Innings Rule - The game must go at least 9 full innings (or 8½ innings if the team batting second is ahead) for bets to have action. However, in the event of a Mercy Rule being called (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here), all bets will stand on the score at the time. Please note that suspended games do not carry over (except for MLB play-off games).
6.11. First Half bets are deemed to be referring to the outcomes deriving from the first 5 innings. All 5 innings must be completed for bets to stand except for those offers the outcome of which has been decided prior to the abandonment, and could not possibly be changed regardless of future events, which will be settled according to the decided outcome.
6.12. Any suspended MLB playoff game that resumes within 72 hours of the suspension, all bets will stand and be settled after the completion of the game. If the game is not completed within 72 hours following the time of suspension, then all bets will be void unless settlement of bets is already determined.
7. Basketball
7.1. Bets will be settled according to the result declared by the relevant governing body at the end of the match (including any overtime played).
7.2. Bets referring to the match outcome (also known as "Moneyline") from ties which are decided over 2 or more matchups will be made void in case the match ends in a draw and no further play is done in that match.
7.3. In multiple legged ties, all points collected during any overtime period will count for the final settlement of that match.
7.4. 'Quarter/Half' Markets: The entire period/half of play must be completed for bets to stand, except for determined markets and markets that would have yielded a definite score.
7.5. 'Will there be overtime?' Markets: Market will be settled as 'yes' if, at the end of regular time, the match finishes in a draw, regardless of whether overtime is played or not.
7.6. 'Halftime/Fulltime' Markets: Determined upon official score at half time and full time respectively (exclusive of overtime).
7.7. 'Player Performance' Markets: All bets stand once a player takes the court, irrespective of game time played. All totals are inclusive of overtime. If 1 of the players doesn't see any game time, then all bets on that market will be made void.
7.8. Should a game be called with more than 5 minutes to play, all bets will be void unless specific markets results have already been pre-determined.
7.9. 4th quarter markets and second half markets do not include over time. 7.10. If the home and away team for a listed match play the fixture at the away team venue then bets will stand, providing the home team is still officially designated as such, otherwise bets will be void.
8. Beach Volleyball
8.1. In the event of any of the named players in a match changing before the match starts, then all bets will be made void.
8.2. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, then all bets will be made void, except for markets where the result is already determined.
9. Bowls
9.1. If a match starts but is not completed, the player progressing to the next round is deemed to have won.
9.2. If the correct number of games/sets is not completed set betting will be void.
9.3. In 2-Way markets, Push rules apply (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here) apply unless otherwise stated below. Stakes on single bets are returned, and in Multi Bets, the selection is treated and paid out at odds of 1.00.
10. Boxing and MMA
10.1. In the event of a draw, all bets will be made void and stakes returned. This includes a fight which ends in a Majority Draw. Bets will be settled on the official result announced in the ring. Subsequent appeals/amendments do not affect settlement (unless the amendment was made due to human error when announcing the result).
10.2. Bets on postponed fights will stand for 30 days. If either fighter is replaced with another fighter, all bets will be void and stakes returned.
10.3. For betting purposes, the fight is deemed to have started when the bell is sounded for the beginning of the 1st round. If either fighter fails to answer the bell for the next round, then his opponent will be deemed to have won in the previous round.
10.4. For settlement purposes, betting on 'rounds' or 'groups of rounds' refers to a fighter to win by KO (Knockout), TKO (Technical Knockout), or disqualification during that round or group of rounds. If for any reason, a points decision is awarded before the full number of scheduled rounds is completed, or a boxer is disqualified, bets will be settled on the round in which the fight was stopped. Bets which nominate 'to win on points' will only be deemed winners if the full number of rounds is completed.
10.5. For a match to be declared as having been decided by "points", all scheduled rounds must be completed.
10.6. 'To Go the Distance' Markets: For settlement purposes, the official designated number of rounds must be fully completed for bets to be settled as 'Yes'.
10.7. For settlement purposes a knockdown is defined as a fighter being KO'd or receiving a mandatory 8 count (anything deemed a slip by the referee will not count).
10.8. For 'Total Rounds' Market settlement purposes, 1 minute and 30 seconds will represent half a round. For example: for a bet on "Over 10.5 rounds" to be won, the fight must last beyond 1 minute and 30 seconds in round 11. If the number of rounds for a fight is changed after this market has been set, then all bets on this market will be void.
11. Cricket
11.1. If a match is abandoned due to outside interference, then all bets will be void unless settlement is already determined.
11.2. In cases where no odds have been offered for a tie and the match/offer ends in a tie, bets would be settled according to the so-called Dead Heat Rules (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here), unless stated otherwise, except for competitions where other means are used to determine a winner. In case of conflicts between rules, official results will prevail.
11.3. If a winner is determined by the toss of a coin, all other undetermined markets will be voided.
11.4. In cases where the clause 5 of the Terms and Conditions (accessible here) do not specify, or there is a conflict between rules, markets will be settled based on the official tournament results/match scorecards which are included on the ICC's official website.
11.5. If there is no result available, then the website www.cricinfo.com will be used for settlement purposes.
12. Curling
12.1. All matches will be settled on the final score. For betting purposes, extra ends will count.
13. Cycling
13.1. All bets are settled on the results published by the official race governing body and considering any enquiries/jury-decisions made within 24 hours, of the respective stage start time. Beyond this time frame, subsequent enquiries, disqualifications and/or appeals will not affect bets.
13.2. Where there is a presentation ceremony, markets will be settled on the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of the ceremony, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result.
13.3. Participants must pass the starting line of the respective event/stage for bets to stand. Otherwise bets will be void and stakes returned.
13.4. Outright markets may be subject to a Tattersalls Rule 4 (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here).
13.5. All "Head to Head" and "Over/Under" bets featuring the performance of 1 or more riders in an event/stage are considered valid given that all listed riders start the relative event/stage and at least 1 completes the said event/stage.
14. Darts
14.1. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner (or in the case of the final, the player declared the winner).
14.2. If a match is not completed for any reason, then bets on 'Any Correct Score' or 'Next Leg/Game/Set' market will be made void unless the market has been unconditionally determined.
14.3. If a match is not completed for any reason, then bets on any handicap market will be made void unless the market has been unconditionally determined.
14.4. For triples involving highest checkout, most 180s and win/loss of match, each of the 3 aspects of the bet must have been won outright for the bet to be deemed successful (and settled as a winning bet). For the avoidance of doubt, the bet will be deemed unsuccessful (and settled as a losing bet) if:
14.4.1. the selected player's highest checkout is the same as his/her opponent,
14.4.2. the selected player scores the same number of 180s as his/her opponent; and/or
14.4.3. the match is tied.
14.5. Outright markets may be subject to a Tattersalls Rule 4 (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here).
15. Floorball
15.1. For bets to stand, games must be played on the scheduled date. If a game has been postponed or cancelled before its due start time or is not completed in full, then all bets will be made void. All match markets will be settled on the score at the end of regulation time and will exclude overtime if played, unless stated otherwise.
15.2. 'Highest Scoring Period' Markets: Excludes overtime, if 2 or more periods have the same score, the result will be settled as a tie. If tie is not offered, Dead Heat Rules may apply (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here).
15.3. 'Winning Margin' Markets: Includes the Tie.
15.4. To 'Win Match' (2-Way), 'To Lift the Trophy' and 'To Qualify' Markets: Include overtime/shootout, if played.
15.5. Period Betting: The relevant period must be completed for bets to be effective, unless the specific market outcome is already determined.
16. Golf
16.1. Outrights may be subject to Tattersalls Rule 4 (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here).
16.2. Outrights may be subject to Dead Heat Rules (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here).
16.3. Markets are settled based on official tour site results at the time of awards presentation (when this takes place). Disqualifications happening after, do not count.
16.4. Bets will stand if at least 36 holes of a tournament have been completed. If less than 36 holes have been completed, subject to official results, bets may be made void.
16.5. Bets on players who have taken part in qualifying stages and did not qualify for main tour will stand and be settled as 'lost'.
16.6. For '3 Balls' or '2 Balls' Markets: all bets on these markets will stand irrespective of whether the players play in the same group or pairing against each other.
16.6.1. If 1 player fails to complete a round for any reason other than a withdrawal or disqualification, then all bets will be void except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined and provided at least 1 other player completes that round.
16.6.2. If a player withdraws without playing a stroke, all bets on the relevant markets will be made void.
17. Greyhound Racing
17.1. Markets may be subject to Tattersalls Rule 4 (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here).
17.2. Bets on greyhound racing are accepted on named greyhounds. If a greyhound is withdrawn from a race and replaced by a reserve, bets placed on the named greyhound that is withdrawn will be made void.
17.3. When a race is re-run all bets stand. However, where a price has been taken, settlement will be at the Starting Price returned on the re-run. Should a race be declared void and not re-run, then all selections will be made void.
17.4. Settlements will be based upon the official result issued by the judge. Any changes after such result has been announced will not be taken into consideration.
17.5. Any reference to start times published in conjunction with any bet offer, refer to the official scheduled race time in local time. Unless otherwise specified within the Greyhounds rules, all bets will stand irrespective of any eventual changes to the race start time.
17.6. Customers can place bets on Each Way betting (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here).
17.7. Videoslots Sports reserves the right to declare void any bets where it considers there to be reasonable suspicion or evidence of unfair price manipulation.
18. Handball
18.1. Unless otherwise stated all bets will be settled based on the score at the end of regulation time (being the end of the event running for 60 minutes).
18.2. Handball markets may be subject to Mercy Rule (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here), in which case markets will be settled according to official results.
19. Horse Racing
19.1. Markets may be subject to Tattersalls Rule 4 (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here).
19.2. Unless stated otherwise, all markets are determined according to the official result at the time of the "weigh-in" announcement. Subsequent disqualifications, appeal or amendments to the result will be disregarded.
19.3. Card numbers are posted as a guide only. Bets are placed on a named horse. Information (such as jockey silks, saddlecloth numbers etc), if provided, is provided on an "as is" basis and is for guidance only. The use of such information to place bets is entirely at the Player's own and sole discretion, and Videoslots Sports shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for misinformation, whether actual or potential.
19.4. If the scheduled venue is changed after a bet is placed, all bets will be void.
19.5. If the scheduled venue or the surface is altered (for example: turf to dirt, or through weather conditions) after a bet is placed, all bets will be void.
19.6. Where a race does not take place on its scheduled day, all bets will be made void. Bets placed on Ante post (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here) stand.
19.7. In Ante post betting, all bets on an individual horse stand whether the horse runs or not.
19.8. In Match Betting Market: Bets are settled on the best finishing position.
19.9. Players may place bets on Each Way betting (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here).
19.10. All bets are governed by Tattersalls Rule 4 (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here). These rules will govern the settlement of bets should anything occur that is not covered by the rules within this section
20. Ice Hockey
20.1. Betting markets are based on scheduled 3 x 20-minute periods. If this scheduled format is not played, then bets will be made void, except for markets where the result has already been determined.
20.2. All bets are inclusive of overtime and/or penalty shootouts, unless otherwise stated. In the event of a game being decided by a penalty shootout, then 1 goal will be added to the winning team's score and the game total for settlement purposes. This does not apply to markets that exclude overtime/penalty shootouts, if played.
20.3. IIHF World Championships and Olympic Games: Settlement of match-up bets will be determined by positions in the Official Final Ranking at the conclusion of the specified tournament. If teams are still ranked level, bets will be made void.
20.3.1. 'Top Tournament/Team Goal scorer' Market: Player who scores most goals during the competition will be deemed the winner. All-in, play or not. Dead Heat Rules (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here).apply.
20.4. '60 Minute' Markets: Where indicated, 60-minute markets exclude overtime and shootout goals Push rules apply (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here) applies for 2-way markets.
21. Motor Sports
21.1. This clause 21 is inclusive of all motor bike and motor car racing competitions.
21.2. Bets will be settled based on the podium presentation. In any case where there is no podium presentation, bets will be settled according to the official result after the race. Subsequent disqualifications or appeals do not count. Participation in any warmup lap is considered as participation in the actual race.
21.3. If a race is abandoned and no presentation position or official result is declared, all bets on that race will be made void except for bets on any markets which have been unconditionally determined.
21.4. If the scheduled venue is changed after a bet is placed, all bets will be made void.
21.5. On 'Head-to-Head' bets and markets (i.e. match bets): the driver/rider who finishes ahead or completes the most laps is deemed to be the winner, although both drivers must start. If both drivers do not complete race and exit race in the same lap. Bets will be made void.
21.6. All bets which refer to teams/constructors' performances will stand regardless of any driver/rider changes.
22. Netball
22.1. A game must be completed in full for bets to stand, unless settlement of bets is already determined.
22.2. Unless otherwise stated, bets are paid out inclusive of overtime and/or shootouts.
23. Pesapallo
23.1. For settlement purposes, extra innings do not count. Bets are settled after the results of the first 2 rounds.
24. Pool
24.1. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, then the player progressing to the next round, or the player awarded the victory (on points) in a team competition, will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
24.2. If the statutory handicap/spread in a match is not completed, then all bets will be made void. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, bets will be made void unless the outcome is already determined.
25. Rugby League
25.1. Unless otherwise stated, settlement of bets on Rugby League is determined based on the result after the so called extra (over) time or Golden Point Rule (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here), as applicable.
25.2. Postponed matches are made void, unless re-arranged and played in the same 'Rugby Week' (Monday - Sunday inclusive).
25.3. If a match starts but is abandoned before its completion, all bets will be made void unless an official result is declared by the applicable governing body. (With the exceptions of markets such as handicaps or Totals - unless pre-determined).
26. Rugby Union
26.1. Unless otherwise stated all, Rugby Union bets are settled on 80 minutes play. The term 80 minutes play includes any stoppage time.
26.2. Unless otherwise stated, Rugby sevens and tens match bets are settled on the specific tournament regulation play, and exclude extra-time, if played.
26.3. If a match starts but is abandoned before its completion, all bets will be made void unless an official result is declared by the applicable governing body. (With the exceptions of markets such as handicaps or Totals - unless pre-determined).
26.4. Postponed matches are made void unless re-arranged and played in the same 'Rugby Week' (Monday - Sunday inclusive).
26.5. Six Nations Specials
26.5.1. Wooden Spoon - Offered for the Six Nations, will be settled on the team that finishes in the bottom position of the table, upon completion of the specified Six Nations tournament.
26.5.2. Triple Crown - Any of the home nations (England, Ireland, Scotland or Wales) must win all three games against the others.
26.5.3. Grand Slam - Any participant must win all their 5 matches.
26.5.4. Outrights - If 2 teams finish joint top of the Six Nations league on the same number of points, then official competition rules will determine the winner for settlement purposes. All matches must be completed otherwise bets are void.
26.5.5. Totals - Team must complete all 5 Six Nations matches for bets to stand, unless the outcome is already determined. If any match is postponed or abandoned, then bets are void, unless the outcome is already determined.
27. Snooker
27.1. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner (or in the final the player declared the winner).
27.2. If a match is not completed for any reason, then bets on 'any correct score' or 'next frame' or similar market will be made void.
27.3. Outrights may be subject to Tattersalls Rule 4 (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here) or Dead Heat Rules (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here).
28. Soccer/Football
28.1. All match markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal.
28.2. If a match finishes before the completion of the 90 minutes of play, bets placed for pre match will be made void. For bets placed for live events, all bets will be made void except for those betting markets where the outcome is already determined. (for example: 'Over 2.5 goals' market, and thereafter, 3 goals are scored in the said match).
28.3. Except for those bets the outcome of which has already been determined at the time the game finishes, the market must be fully determined for bets to stand (for example: 'First Team to Score' or 'Time of the First Goal' bets and markets will stand, provided a goal has been scored at the time the game finishes.
28.4. The exceptions to clause 28.2 are in relation to friendly matches, where all match markets will be settled based on the actual result when the game finishes (excluding any extra-time). Matches where statutory time is less than 45 minutes or more than 120 minutes will be considered void.
28.5. If the game is played in an unusual format (e.g. 3 or 4 periods) but the length is still of 90 minutes, then all half-time markets will be made void. However, with regards to all other markets, Mr Vegas reserves the right to settle bets on the basis of the score at the end of the match (including any time added on by the referee for stoppages).
28.6. Extra-time Markets: Bets apply for the extra-time period only. Any goals or corners that were taken or scored during regulation time do not count.
28.7. If a match starts, but is at any point abandoned or postponed and will not be completed by 23:59 (local time) on its scheduled start date, then all markets, except for any unconditionally determined markets, will be made void;
28.7.1. Unless Videoslots Sports has knowledge that the match has been rescheduled to be played in the same week (ending Sunday) of its original start date.
28.7.2. If Mr Vegas does have knowledge that the game will be played within 3 days, and the game is played within 3 days, then all bets will stand except, if the match is restarted from the beginning. If the match is restarted from the beginning, then all bets matched before the market went in-play will stand, but any bets placed in-play will be made void, except for any bets placed in-play on markets which have been unconditionally determined.
28.8. If a match is moved from 1 day to another due to TV coverage or due to a competition clash, then all 'Pre Match' bets and markets on that match will stand provided that no bets were placed after the match kicks off.
28.9. If an official fixture lists different team details to those listed on the Website (for example, the team name, age group, gender, etc are different), then all bets placed on the affected markets will be made void. If the official match is listed correctly then all bets will stand, even if youth or reserves players are fielded. In all other cases, bets will stand (including instances where a team name is listed without specifying the term 'XI' in the name).
28.10. There may be instances where Mr Vegas will inadvertently offer soccer bets in respect of which it is impossible for the outcome to occur (for example: Mr Vegas continues to offer bets on a player to be the first goal scorer in a match after that player has been substituted). In such situations, Mr Vegas will void the bets in question (and return the relevant stakes to Players accordingly).
28.11. Video Assistant Referee (VAR) - When VAR is called into consultation, the event which led to the referral is to be deemed the time of the occurrence and not the time the VAR confirms the occurrence. (for example: Goal is score in the 14th minute and confirmed by VAR in the 16th minute - the official time of goal is the 14th minute).
28.11.1. Where an event has happened, and VAR has reversed such decision, and a bet has been paid out, Mr Vegas reserves the right to reverse such payment.
28.11.2. Bets which are placed between the occurrence of an incident which leads to a VAR review and the related VAR decision will be deemed void unless:
28.11.2.1. the VAR review (and subsequent decision) did not ultimately alter the decision made by the on-field officials.
28.11.2.2. the VAR review (and subsequent decision) altered the decision made by the on-field officials but did not have any material influence on the bet(s) in question.
28.11.2.3. all bets which were not materially influenced by the VAR review (and subsequent decision) will stand.
28.11.3. In order to eliminate any doubt, Mr Vegas will consider the VAR as having been used:
28.11.3.1. if this is understood from the referee's gestures (for example: hand gestures or stopping the match to review the incident themselves).
28.11.3.2. VAR usage is confirmed by the match report issued by the official governing body who is ultimately responsible for oversight of the applicable match.
28.11.3.3. In cases where it is unclear whether the VAR has been used due to missing TV coverage and/or conflicting reports, Mr Vegas will settle the bets based on the information acquired from feed providers and generally reputable online sources (acting reasonably) on the basis of equity.
28.12. For statistics markets, official statistics by the relevant tournament governing body will be used as the main source of resulting (for example: Shots on Target, Offsides, etc)
28.13. For betting purposes, any player who is on the field at any time during the match is considered a participant to the event and bets will not be made void even if he is fielded for less than 1 minute, even if the event (for example: 1st Goal Scored) happens when the said player is not on the field.
28.14. 'Goal Scorer' Markets:
28.14.1. Bets placed on players that do not take part in the match will be made void.
28.14.2. Own Goals do not count for goal scorer markets (unless Own Goal is offered).
28.14.3. If no goals are scored - No goal scorer is the winner, even in the case this is not offered.
28.14.4. Players are considered participants once they officially enter the game at any point during the 90 minutes of play.
28.14.5. All these rules are valid for all goal or player related markets, unless specified otherwise.
28.14.6. 'First Goal Scorer' Markets: Bets will be refunded if the selected player does not take part in the match or enters the pitch after the 1st goal has been scored.
28.14.6.1. If the first goal is an own goal - the 2nd goal scorer will be deemed the 1st goal scorer etc. (unless Own Goal is offered).
28.14.6.2. If the player who scores the 1st goal was not offered in the selection, all bets placed on the other selections stand.
28.14.7. 'Anytime Goal Scorer' Markets: Goal Scorers are paid out as having scored 1 goal if they score more than 1 goal.
28.14.8. 'Last Goal Scorer' Markets: If a player takes part in the match, and is taken off, after which the last goal is scored, bets on said player will still stand and will not be made void.
28.15. Scorecast - Betting 'First Goal Scorer' and the 'Correct Score' markets combined. Clause 28.13 herein applies for the Goal Scorer part. If a player comes on the pitch when the correct score part is already lost, bets will stand.
28.16. Wincast - Betting 'First Goal Scorer' and selecting who will win the match markets combined. Clause 28.13 herein applies for the Goal scorer part.
28.17. 'Top Goal Scorer' Markets:
28.17.1. All bets stand, even if a player is transferred to another league or team at any point during the season.
28.17.2. If a player moves to the same league, goals are inherited. If a player moves to a different league, goals are not inherited to the new league but will count for the old league.
28.17.3. Own goals will not count.
28.17.4. Goals scored during playoffs do not count, unless otherwise stated.
28.17.5. Any goals scored in extra time count. Any goals scored in shoot outs do not count .This rule is valid for all outright goal scorer markets, unless otherwise specified.
28.18. Mythical Matches - These are imaginary games pairing 2 teams in a round of fixtures, for betting purposes only. The team which scores the most goals in their actual match is deemed the winner. Goals conceded do not matter for the purpose of this market. Bets will be settled as a draw if both teams score the same number of goals. If either team's match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be made void unless pre-determined (for example: 'Total Goals' market is bet, and the team playing scores more than the Total Line).
28.19. Match Specials
28.19.1. Any match specials are based on 90 minutes of play, unless otherwise stated in the market.
28.19.2. When multiple participants are quoted, and 1 or more of the participants quoted do not take part in the match, bets on the participants that took part in the match still stand regardless.
28.19.3. For markets like 'team to win from behind' and 'team to miss a penalty', if the event doesn't happen (hence team is losing, or penalty is not given) bets are still considered as lost.
28.19.4. Penalty given, Red Card Markets etc: If the VAR overrules decision, it means event was not given.
28.19.5. 'Total Cards' Markets:
28.19.5.1. The maximum a player can receive in 1 match are 3 cards. (if a player is shown a 1st yellow card, at a later stage a 2nd yellow card, and subsequently a red card - these count as 3 cards).
28.19.5.1.1. Cards shown after full time whistle is blown are also ignored.
28.19.5.2. For 'Half Time' Markets: Cards shown during half time will count towards 2nd half.
28.19.5.3. Cards shown in extra time do not count.
28.19.5.4. Cards shown to players not in field do not count.
28.19.5.5. For markets with Booking scores; A yellow card = 10 points. A red card = 25 points.
29. Speedway
29.1. All offers will be settled based on the official result declared by the governing association at the completion of the last scheduled heat. Subsequent promotions, demotions, appeals and/or penalties inflicted after the termination of the event which the bet refers to are disregarded.
29.2. 'Match' bets and markets between 2 teams/riders are settled according to the official result, regardless of the number of heats completed.
29.3. All 'Head-to-Head' and 'Over/Under' bets and markets featuring the performance of 1 or more riders in an event/heat are considered valid, given that all listed riders take part in at least 1 heat for bets to stand.
29.4. Bets referring to a specific heat require the specific heat to be completed and all listed participants to take part in the heat for bets to stand.
30. Squash
30.1. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, then all bets will be made void unless after the start of the match a player is disqualified, in which case the player/team progressing to the next round, or being awarded the victory, will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
31. Swimming
31.1. Where there is a presentation ceremony, markets will be settled on the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of the ceremony, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result.
31.2. If there is no presentation ceremony, outcomes will be determined in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result (except if an amendment is announced within 24 hours of the initial settlement of the relevant market in order to correct an error in reporting the result).
31.3. 'Overall Winner' markets relate to the winner of the overall event and not for individual qualifiers or heats. If there is a presentation ceremony, markets will be settled on the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of the ceremony, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result. However, as a Player courtesy, Mr Vegas may choose to settle bets prior to official publication of results.
32. Table Tennis
32.1. In the event of any of the named players in a match changing before the match starts, then all bets are made void.
32.2. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, all bets will be made void, unless the specific market outcome is already determined, or unless there is no conceivable way the game and/or match could be played to its natural conclusion without unconditionally determining the result of a specific market. (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here).
33. Tennis
33.1. Bets remain valid and will not be made void if any of the following happens, before or during a match:
33.1.1. Change of venue.
33.1.2. Change of scheduled day or time of match.
33.1.3. Change from indoor to outdoor court, or the opposite.
33.2. In the event of walkover, all markets will be settled as void.
33.3. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, then all bets will be made void unless, after the start of the match a player is disqualified, in which case the player/team progressing to the next round, or being awarded the victory, will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
33.3.1. This clause 33.3 only applies to win markets. It does not apply to points and score markets, including handicaps, unless they are pre-determined.
33.4. If any game includes the awarding of a penalty point(s) by the umpire, all bets on that game will stand. If the umpire awards a penalty game, or in the event of a game not being completed through player injury, all bets on that game will be made void, with the exception of 'Game to Deuce', 'Next Game to Face Break Point', 'Next Game - First 'X' Points Correct Score' and 'Next Game Total Points' markets, if settlement has already been determined, and 'Next Game - Handicap' markets where there is no conceivable way the game could be played to its natural conclusion without unconditionally determining the result of that market. In the event of forfeited points/games, these will count for final settlement.
33.5. If the wrong player has been set as the server for any individual game (Current or Next Game), then all markets relating to the outcome of that specific game will be made void, regardless of the result. In the event of a game not being completed, all bets on the game will be made void except for 'Game to Deuce' markets, if the result has already been determined.
33.6. In a Doubles match, all bets will be declared void if any of the stated players are being replaced.
33.7. In team competitions where 1 or several participants of any team are replaced for any reason, bets stand.
33.8. In cases where a "Match Tie-Break" is used by the organizing committee/federation as the deciding factor in determining the outcome of the match, said "Match Tie-Break" will only count as 1 "Game", as applicable. (for example: a match with the following scores: 6-4 (Set 1), 2-6 (Set 2) and 10-8 (Match tie-break) will result in Participant/Team A winning 9 Games (6+2+1) while Participant/Team B will be considered as won 10 (4+6+0).
33.9. Tie-break games will be counted as 1 game for the purposes of total games bets. If the set has reached 6-6 but the tie-break is not played, bets on a tie break to be played will be settled as winning bets, unless there are no tie-break scheduled for that set. This also applies to super tiebreaks in the third set of a doubles match. The super tie-break is counted as 1 game for the purposes of total games and handicap games markets.
34. Trotting
34.1. Settling is based on the official results highest finishing position.
34.2. Mr Vegas reserves the right to void any bets on markets where an official result cannot be provided.
34.3. Markets may be subject to Dead Heat Rules and Tattersalls Rule 4 (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here).
34.4. Settlements are based on official results and/or rankings from the respective bodies which have authority over the respective competitions. Official results for Trotting are provided by www.atg.se(for Swedish Trotting), www.dantoto.dk (for Danish Trotting), www.hippos.fi (for Finnish Trotting), www.rikstoto.no (for Norwegian Trotting).
35. Volleyball
35.1. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, then all markets will be made void, unless an official result is declared or the market is already determined, in which case all bets will stand.
35.2. If a match is not played on the scheduled date all bets will be made void, unless it is re-scheduled to be played in the next 48hours.
35.3. The name/heading of a competition amounts to evidence of what a bet refers to. (for example: if you place a bet on "Italy vs Brazil" under the competition name/heading U20 World Cup, the bet will apply to the match between Italy and Brazil which is part of the U20 World Cup).
35.4. Any points tallied during the so called "Golden Set" will not count for the settlement of the offers relating to that match.
35.5. In the event of referee enforced point deductions, official results will be used for settlement purposes, on all markets.
36. Water Polo
36.1. All match markets will be settled on regulation time, unless stated otherwise.
36.2. Regulation time must be completed for bets to stand, unless otherwise stated.
37. Winter Sports
37.1. Applies to the following: Alpine Skiing, Biathlon, Cross Country Skiing, Freestyle, Nordic Combined, Short Track, Ski Jumping, Snowboard and Speed Skating.
37.2. Settlements are based on official results and/or rankings from the respective bodies which have authority over the respective competitions.
37.3. Bets may be subject to any jury decisions and/or enquiries made within 24 hours of the respective start time.
37.4. In cases of abandoned/uncompleted events, all those offers the outcome of which is already determined before the interruption of play and any further continuation of play could not possibly produce a different outcome are deemed valid and will be settled accordingly.
37.5. All offers will be settled as void if the original/stated format of an event is completely changed, such as the size of hill in Ski Jumping, style in Course Country Skiing, etc.
37.6. Mr Vegas reserves the right to apply Tattersalls Rule 4 (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here) in case of a non-starter in a "Group Betting" ("Best of X") offer.
37.7. Offers related to specific Winter Sports events (excluding for example bets referring to Overall classifications, Olympic, World and Continental competitions), are offered with the assumption that the event will be the next event held in that sports and/or discipline. Should the specific event be moved and an exactly similar event for that sports and/or discipline is held in the same location, starting in not more than 72 hours, then bets will be valid for the next scheduled event in that sports and/or discipline. (For example: 2 separate races from the same sports and/or discipline are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday and the Saturday competition is moved to Sunday or Monday, the bets on the Saturday competition will be settled in accordance with the next scheduled event, in this case Sunday's events). In cases where just 1 event is scheduled in that sports and/or discipline and the starting time is moved less than 72 hours, bets will remain valid and will be settled accordingly. Should no event with the same connotations be held in the 72-hour period after the initially scheduled time, bets will be made void.
37.8. In a 'Head-to-Head' markets between 2 or 3 participants, at least 1 of the listed participants must complete the final run/stage/jump which the bet refers to, for bets to be considered valid. Such provision is not applicable for Cross-country Sprint events which include different elimination stages as well as Ski Jumping. In such cases, settlement will be based on the official classification irrespective of whether any of the listed participants completes the final run/stage/jump.
38. Olympics
38.1. The final medal table declared by the governing body will be used to settle all bets. Any subsequent changes will not be taken into consideration.
38.2. All bets will be settled on medal/podium ceremony. Subsequent disqualifications or amendments will not be counted for settlement purposes.
38.3. In the event of a team/participant not competing in an event for any reason we reserve the right to apply Tattersalls Rule 4 (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here)
38.4. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the market or the sports specific rules, all bets will be settled according to the rules for the relevant sport and/or the relevant general rule.
38.5. Dead Heat Rules apply (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here)
38.6. Olympic Basketball: Matches are played under FIBA rules. Therefore, all bets will be settled according to 'European Basketball Rules'.
38.7. Olympic Field Hockey: Match betting will be settled based on the result at the end of 60 minutes. In the event of a two-way match betting/to qualify market being offered, then this will be settled on whichever team progresses.
38.8. If an event is cancelled for any reason, all bets will be made void, except those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.
38.9. Where there is a presentation ceremony, markets will be settled on the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of the ceremony, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result.
38.10. If there is no presentation ceremony, outcomes will be determined in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result (except if an amendment is announced within 24 hours of the initial settlement of the relevant market in order to correct an error in reporting the result).
Section B: Specific Sports Betting Limits
1. Mr Vegas reserves the right to limit net pay-outs on any bet or combination of bets, by one account holder or a group of account holders acting as one.
2. Limits below apply on a per day basis. If a Player places a bet that exceeds the maximum allowed pay-out, the maximum pay-out shall still apply.
3. Upon its own discretion, Mr Vegas may decide to pay out winnings higher than as stipulated in this Section B of the Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits Section. For the avoidance of doubt, unless explicitly agreed upon, winnings in excess of the limits stipulated in this Section B of the Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits Section will be disregarded.
4. Each sport has with its own different limits and these vary depending on the sport, type of competition and type of bet offer. If a Multi Bet contains events from different limits categories, the pay-out shall be aggregated. So, for the sake of the acceptance of the Multi Bets, such bet(s) will be divided into singles and each single is assigned the portion of the whole stake. For avoidance of doubt, if any of the single limit as stated herein is breach, the relative single bet shall be rejected.
4.1. A net pay-out limit of € 100000 applies to:
4.1.1. Soccer events from the top-level competitions, including national cups, from, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Norway, Scotland, Sweden Spain.
4.1.2. Soccer events from the top-level men's competitions governed by FIFA, UEFA.
4.1.3. Events from tennis 'grand slam' tournaments; Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, US Open.
4.1.4. Events from tennis ATP1000 and WTA 500 tournaments; ATP - Indian Wells, Miami Open, Monte Carlo Masters, Madrid Open, Italian Open, Canadian Open, Cincinnati Masters, Shanghai Masters, Paris Masters. WTA - Adelaide, Beijing, Berlin, Brisbane, Canada, Charleston, Cincinnati, Doha, Dubai, Eastbourne, Indian Wells, Madrid, Miami, Moscow, Rome, San Jose, St. Petersburg, Stuttgart, Tokyo, Wuhan, Zhengzhou.
4.2. A net pay-out limit of € 60000 applies to:
4.2.1. Soccer events from men's competitions governed by AFC, CAF, CONCACAF, CONMEBOL, OFC.
4.2.2. Soccer events from the following competitions: Australian A league Olympic games, England league cup, England League 1 and league 2, Portugal Primera Liga, USA MLS, Austrian Bundesliga, Belgium Jupiler League, Finland Veikausliga, France Ligue 2, Germany Bundesliga 2, Greece Super league, Turkey Super league,
4.2.3. Events from MLB, NBA, NHL, NFL, World Championship Ice Hockey, Euro league (basketball), Olympic (basketball), World and Continental Men's tournaments governed by FIBA, UEFA and FIFA U/21 competitions, 6 nations rugby.
4.3. A net pay-out limit of € 2500 applies to ITF Tennis events.
4.4. A net pay-out limit of € 25000 applies to all other competitions not listed in this clause 4.1 of Section B of the Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits Section.
4.5. The limit of € 500 will apply on all novelty and speciality markets.
4.6. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE LIMITS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME. THERE WILL BE CASES WHERE PLAYERS WILL HAVE LOWER LIABILITY LIMITS AS LIMITS MAY APPLY TO THEIR PLAYER ACCOUNT.
Section C: Other Rules (Specials)
1.1. Bets on these markets are all valid and will not be made void in case of a withdrawal from any participant, unless otherwise stated on the market.
1.2. Certain markets from the competitions listed in this Section C of the Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits Section may be on singles only betting, and multipliers and combinations betting may not be allowed. In cases where these are placed and accepted in Error Mr Vegas reserves the right to either settle these markets as singles with stake divided, or to void such multipliers and/or combinations bets.
1.3. Election Betting - Settlement of all bets will be based on the total votes cast and counted at the time of the election, and not on any subsequent legal challenge.
1.4. Eurovision Song Contest - Settlement will be based on the official results. Where applicable Dead Heat Rules will apply (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here). Bets are settled as losers if a country does not finish a competition (for example: through disqualification).
1.4.1. Group Betting (including Top Nordic, Top Baltic etc) - Bets settled on the country who finishes highest in the official final result.
1.4.2. Any Country to Get Nul (0) Points - This market refers to the final only.
1.5. Lotteries and Lotto - All lotto bets are based on the numbers that are drawn from the respective lottos. Bonus Ball(s) will be included if the option is selected at the time that the bet is placed.
1.5.1. All lotto bets for a specific draw must be placed and confirmed before the first number is drawn. If, for any reason, a bet is placed after the first number is drawn, the bet will be made void and the stakes returned, win or lose.
1.5.2. Should a lotto introduce an additional draw to take place immediately following another draw, bets timed and dated for that day will stand on the first draw(s) to take place.
1.5.3. If a lotto draw time is re-scheduled to another time within 12 hours of the advertised time of the draw all bets on that draw will stand unless the bets placed are late.
1.5.4. If a lotto draw time is re-scheduled by more than 12 hours of the advertised time of the draw all bets on that draw, Mr Vegas reserves the right to void bets and return stakes.
1.5.5. If, for any reason, Mr Vegas are unable to obtain all the details necessary to settle any market for a specific draw within 48 hours, then all bets on that market will be made void.
1.6. Reality Shows - Bets will be settled on the official results.
1.6.1. If 2 or more participants are evicted in a specified eviction market and the order of eviction is clear, then this will be used for settlement purposes.
1.6.2. If the order of eviction is unclear, then Dead Heat Rules will apply (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here)
1.6.3. Evictees and walk-outs will be settled as losers.
1.6.4. A contestant leaving by other than an eviction before a nomination round has taken place is not considered an evictee for that eviction and Tattersalls Rule 4 deductions may apply(refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here)
1.6.5. Others may be added to the market at any time.
1.6.6. Should any evicted contestant be re-added, after being evicted, at a later stage, they will be treated as a new contestant and previous bets will not stand.
1.6.7. In the event of the series being cancelled before an official winner is declared, bets will be settled as a Dead Heat (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here)between the contestants that have not been eliminated. Outright bets on contestants already eliminated will be treated as losing selections.
1.6.8. A 'Yes/No' market will be settled on the result of a specified week/show.
1.7. Transfer Specials and Manager Specials - Football transfers - Player to be transferred from a club A to a club B by a set date - If date is not specified, market applies to (1) current or (2) next transfer window.
1.7.1. Loan deals count as a transfer.
1.7.2. If a player does not move clubs or moves to a club not in list - All bets placed on a player to move to a new club are settled as losers.
1.7.3. Caretakers or managers on a temporary basis will not count in the settlement of a market next manager.
1.8. Virtual Sports - All betting opportunities available on Virtual Sports follow the same rules as the equivalent real sports they represent. Virtual Sports are a computer-generated presentation of a totally random number draw result where the outcomes are decided by numbers selected by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
1.9. World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE)
1.9.1. All Settlements are based on official results from the applicable bodies which have authority over the respective competitions/events. Bets will be settled on the winner of the match, not on the transfer of title. Winning the match includes, but is not limited to, pinfalls, submissions, disqualifications, count outs etc.
1.9.2. Should the match end in a 'no decision', bets will be made void.
1.9.3. Mr Vegas reserves the right to suspend any or all betting on a match at any time without prior notification, and at its sole discretion.
1.9.4. Should a match have a wrestler added/ removed/ replaced, so that it fundamentally alters the manner of the contest, Mr Vegas reserves the right to make all bets void.
1.9.5. In outright markets bets placed on 'Superstars' who take no part in the match will be settled as losers.
Section D: E-Sports General Rules
1.1. eSports betting is a single or multi-player competitive video gaming in both online and/or offline setup.
1.2. In the absence of any information about general rules in this Section D: E-Sports General Rules, please refer to Section A: Sport Specific Betting Rules.
1.3. Settlement on eSports betting is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the specified competition, broadcast or game API.
1.4. All Outrights and any eSports Markets that do not take place may be subject to Tattersalls Rule 4 (refer to the Terms and Conditions accessible here)
1.5. Bets will be declared void if fixtures are listed incorrectly.
1.6. If a match is played before the scheduled start date/time, then all bets placed after the actual starting time will be made void. All bets placed before the actual starting time will stand.
1.7. 'Match' Markets: If a match or map is replayed due to a draw (and the draw option is not offered), the settlement will be based on the replayed match or map and or any over/extra time/map played.
1.8. In the event of a match or map starting but not being completed, then all bets will be made void unless after the start of the match a player is disqualified, in which case the player/team progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory by the governing body of the specified competition, broadcast or game API will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
1.9. If a player / team is given a walkover on at least 1 map before the match starts, all bets will be made void.
1.10. If a team receives a map advantage in accordance with specific tournament format and rules, the team in receipt of the map, will be considered the map winner for settlement purposes.
1.11. If a match or map is replayed due to a disconnection or non-player related technical problem, pre-game bets will stand on the replayed match or map in accordance with the official result. All In-Play bets on the affected match or map will be made void unless the outcome is already determined, and the replayed match or map will be treated as a separate entity.
1.12. In the event of a fixture starting but not being completed, bets will be made void unless the outcome is already determined.
1.13. If a match is won by surrender of the other team, all bets stand.
1.14. Should the name of any participant/event/game be misspelled and/or has changed, bets will remain valid granted that it is reasonably clear, and can be ascertained through reputable sources, that the object that the bet has been placed upon, is the same as the participant/event/game intended.
1.15. Bets are not voided when home and away teams are reversed.
1.16. Mr Vegas reserves the right to void bets should any of the following situations arise:
1.16.1. Mr Vegas experiences lags in receiving data/image streams from any of its sources/providers resulting in odds not reflecting the current state of the bet;
1.16.2. it is reasonably obvious that bets have been placed from Player Accounts which have access to data/image streams not available at that time to Mr Vegas.
1.16.3. Bets have been placed after any participant has gained an advantage enough to alter the odds of any offer, even just theoretically, without said odds having been adjusted to reflect the current state of the bet.
